I get married in October!! I need to lose at least 20 more lbs before then. We can do this!
-
I'll admit - I weigh every single morning but I only track my weight on Wednesdays.
-
Feel free to add me! I try to log every day. I usually do pretty well except on the weekends then I only log my morning HWC for my coffee lol

My wedding is in October - I need to lose around 20lbs. Ehhhh I weight lift and follow KETO diet. But I'm more concerned at this point with toning soooo here's to hoping we make our goal for those wedding days!

I 100% agree with that. I've never been one that likes being the center of attention so knowing that I will be - freaks me out. If I have to stand up there I want to be confident!

My wedding is October 13th! I have 10 months and I'm already stressing out over it. I have the working out down - I work out 4-5 times a week and have been for the last year and a half. Now, if I could get my eating to match my working out I'd be golden. I've been following the KETO lifestyle since October and I love it…

Hey hey! I started KETO back in October but of course derailed because of Christmas. I got back on in December 26th - let's do this!!
-
Hi all! I'm all about the KETO. If you're looking for a friend, I'm here!
-
I also live a Keto life but led a straight carb life over Christmas! I started back on Keto Tuesday and I’m already down 6lbs. We can do this!
-
Not from Egypt but my fiancé is! Welcome to MFP!

I'm currently a size 8/10 - I still have ALL my clothes. Why? Fear I think. I know I should get rid of them but I just haven't yet....BTW they are all 18/20.

I started out walking about a week after surgery. The more walking the better. It actually made me feel better. Once I was cleared for strength training I immediately started so I could tone as much as possible. But please take it slow! I started out walking a mile and it wasn't a fast paced mile just a stroll....then…

What the person said above....so basically high fat super low carb and moderate protein. It sounds like it's a hard balance but once you are a couple weeks in you really start figuring things out.
-
all I want for Christmas is gingerbread and dark peppermint truffles. Not just one of each - the whole bag please.

I am on a KETO diet but I also pay attention to my calories. You have to do both. For *me* Keto works because I'm eating foods that keep me satisfied - so I'm not tempted by empty calories. On average I eat between 1200-1500 a day. I also exercise every day.
-
I track. This holiday season has made my food eating ridiculous - I follow KETO as well.
-
Lately I've been doing poorly - but I do follow a keto diet. If you're new and feeling poorly you've probably been struck with the keto flu. It will pass and then you'll feel AMAZING!
-
Best decision I've ever made. However - my biggest piece of advice work on ANY food issues you have now. It's not a cure all. If you aren't mentally ready for a lifestyle change then after surgery will be hard. Sure, you are super limited the first couple of months after surgery but at some point you are able to eat a…

It's so hard! I cut out soda/crystal light/MIO blah blah blah over 18 months ago. Now, I have one glass of diet sweet tea a day. It still has artificial sweetener but I figure one glass a day is better than my crazy soda/sugary drink obsession. But to the person that mentioned Fresca - UGH I'm so mad at you. I LOVE Fresca…

and, I need these in my life.
-
My mom made these when I was little and YUP, I love these too! lol if it involves peanut butter and chocolate - I'll try it.
-
I'm a KETO person and try to log accurately - just don't look at Sunday, it was a BAD day and of course I was knocked out of ketosis but I keep an open diary if you're interested in being friends.
-
I have a salad as a side every night. It's filling and low calorie. I add tons of veggies and just a vinegar based dressing. With it I always have some sort of protein and veggie. I'm a very basic eater but I also follow a KETO diet. Usually it's just chicken, fish, or beef. There are tons of recipes if you search. Since I…

I bought a set of kettlebells to keep at home and I just look up different work outs on youtube. I LOVE a great kettlebell work out. I usually do it a couple days a week outside of my regular gym routine. Also, pilates is great for core strength and balance and there are a ton of videos on youtube!

Yes, I have an open diary for friends. Good luck on your journey - it's an amazing lifestyle.
-
I remained in the same size for 40lbs. Problem was - I went from looking like a busted can of biscuits to clothes that actually fit me like they should. Just remember - you could be losing inches and while your clothes fit they probably just fit differently.
-
My snacks are usually meat, cheese, and nuts. This morning I had a cheese stick and a handful of pecans.
-
I made a point to take pictures. It's easy to forget where you were once you get to where you're going. Now that I know what I looked like before - and what I look like now, there will be no going back.
-
I have an open diary.....to friends.

lol competition is good for the soul.
