my snacks tend to be mini meals - cottage cheese and fruit, tuna packet and a cheese stick, and yogurt and fruit. I always try to combine whatever I eat with a protein to keep me full.

I have never set a goal with my surgeon. My last appointment I was 178 and he said - do you have a goal weight in mind? I said no - and he said good, I don't want you to focus on a number anymore I want you to focus on how you feel. So - while I still focus on the scale I don't necessarily have a number in mind.

I notice everything but I rarely comment unless it's my son. I don't think my son needs to drink 260 calorie drinks one after the other....but outside of that - nah, he's a growing boy!

I have a desk job - and I'm there ALL day. I drink lots of water so I make myself walk to the restroom that is far away and I always take the stairs. Hardcore lifting? about 3 months - in that time I've only lost around 10lbs but I've lost 2 dress sizes. If I didn't have so much excess skin on my arms they would look AMAZING haha!! But I can see the definition and it makes me feel good and keeps me going back for more!

Ehhh, I measure/weigh out all my food so don't you dare touch it if it's on my plate. If we are out to eat - I don't mind but outside of that - BACK OFF.

We go to Disney every year - been going since my son was 7 and now he's almost 17. We have NEVER gone to the water parks. This year's trip we FINALLY added water park tickets. I'll be there with my swim suit on....I freakin' can't WAIT!

Looks good to me! In the summer the last thing I can handle is a hot breakfast after working out. Lately mine has been cinnamon, cottage cheese, and some type of fruit. I do love yogurt!

Ehhhh, if I don't hear about it then it's not an issue. I'm also not the type to bathe in perfume. I'm a one spray and done kind of person. I will say at 5am I've never had an issue with BO or fragrance. For some reason - at 11:45 it's a much bigger issue.

I have on perfume for my midday work out. It's not like I put it on right before I walk through the doors but it's from after my morning workout and shower....I don't think it's overpowering but who knows?

Treat it just as it is - a social event. You aren't there for the food you are there for the social aspect. I go out with friends - drink and eat. Most of the time I drink over eating because well, I can't do both! But I find if I busy myself with socializing I eat very little.

I make a couscous salad w/fresh veggies. Currently - balsamic, onions, tomatoes, cucumber, roasted pepper, and carrots. If you want - add some grilled chicken or even tuna for protein.

roasted broccoli, squash, brussels sprouts, onions, tomatoes, eggplant, or whatever veggie you liked finished with a balsamic reduction is my favorite way to eat veggies. I love roasted okra because it gets crunchy!

I cook for my family and myself. We have the same protein and green veggie but if we are having pasta or rice I'll usually make zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice for myself.

I roast veggies - chop them and throw them in my egg mixture in the mornings. For lunch I like a nice big salad loaded with veggies. It doesn't have to be a lettuce salad. Roasted veggie salad w/your fav dressing!
