The boyfriend wears a size small t-shirt. Last night I was complaining about my pajama shirts being dirty (all are xl or 2x) so he said wear one of mine. I thought for sure I would look like a busted can of biscuits but I tried it on and it fit AND looked good! So I can officially wear a SMALL men's t-shirt at the…

How much protein are you looking at getting a day? Do you eat pork? I eat boiled eggs, cheese, deli meat (turkey or chicken), chicken, yogurt, occasionally pork, and protein shakes. I eat the same stuff during the day and then switch up my dinners at night but they almost always involve chicken.

I was weighing every single day to the point where I was obsessed. Now I weigh once a month. It's actually refreshing to not be a slave to the scale.

If you don't love Greek yogurt try Quark. It's a cheese - but a yogurt consistency and super yummy without the tart flavor that Greek yogurts seems to have.

I'll be your friend! I'm almost 10 months out (8/23/16) of a VSG. My diary is open - but lately I've been on a crazy ride.

My lunches are boring. I prep breakfast, lunch, and 2 snacks every night so I tend to eat the same thing for a week at a time. Sandwich, pickle, half a serving of veggie chips. I eat at my desk every day and don't have easy access to a microwave.

I had the surgery. Like my doctor preaches - it's not a diet it's definitely a lifestyle change. It's definitely a tool. If you choose this option make sure you understand your relationship with food because it will DRASTICALLY change.

Nope! It has given me happiness that I didn't know I missing out on. I'm 9 months post-op and down 104lbs. Best decision ever!!! Like a previous poster said - I just regret not having it when I was younger.

I keep simple and easy since I pack everything the night before and don't have easy access to a microwave. I eat a sandwich (different filling every day), pickles, raw veggies, or veggie chips. Snacks - greek yogurt, cheese stick, fruit, tuna packet, veggies, or a protein shake. I always try to have a decent amount of…

mint chocolate chip, black walnut, or butter pecan. The last two because they bring back memories of eating ice cream with my grandparents when I was little.

I don't log my daily steps. I just log what I do at the gym.

Lemon quark and strawberries

I eat shrimp, chicken, boiled egg whites, and greek yogurt. I usually pair it with either a raw veggie or fruit. Low calorie but super filling.

Log it and let it go.

I had WLS 9 months ago - my diary is open to friends if you want to add me. I've had several hiccups this past month but my diary is HONEST.

I am 9 months out from a VSG. Please feel free to add if you would like. My diary has been a bit of a hot mess lately but I track true....so there's that. :)

I eat both of those things and they are a favorite of mine! When it comes to noodles and rice it's zucchini noodles and cauliflower rice for me. I actually prefer them to the "normal" now. Granted, I still eat pasta but for the most part if I'm making spaghetti sauce, scampi, stir fry, or alfredo - I'm using zucchini…

I have coffee until about 9 and then it's either eggs or a protein shake. I wake up at 4 to get to the gym and after my work out I'm just not hungry.

I buy mine at Target/Walmart. My sport's bra is expensive but much needed.

Have you tried noodling zucchini? It's a hit in our house - everyone likes it! I make spaghetti, alfredo, stir-fry, and scampi with it. Basically anything I would use a noodle for I use zucchini.

Lol, 5am work out done! I don't look super sweaty but I was drenched!
