eggs are pretty much my breakfast staple. eggs w/cheese, boiled eggs, eggs over easy, egg salad....I'm the bubba of eggs.

Eggs, cheese, butter. Seriously - I probably eat this 2-3 times a week. Boring but it gets the job done.

So many things - 90% of fast food (hey, I have to keep 10% for Jersey Mike's, Chipotle, and a Five Guys burger sans bun). Sugary drinks are a close second. Things that ARE worth the stupid insane calories - frozen snickers, salt and vinegar chips, and carrot cake. haha

Just a splash of almond or cashew milk does it for me. I don't like sweet coffee so that's easy! Maybe just slowly dial it back...

I get drinking socially - maybe just slow down and do that whole water between drinks thing (it's what I do!) I try to limit myself to 2 drinks when out with friends - one because its expensive and two - I don't want to spend the week undoing what a weekend of drinking did.

120lbs down and I'm still not used to my body. I always pick up the Xl and L or a size 16/14 it's such a mind *kitten*.

Just want to correct - KETO is HIGH fat but moderate protein....so be careful make sure you do research.

She should get her mental part in check. Just because your stomach is smaller doesn't mean you can eat whatever you want and not gain weight. I had the gastric sleeve and had to change my life. She has no control and it's crazy that she was ever approved for additional surgeries.

I'm 100% confident when I'm dressed and you see my curves. When I'm undressed and I see all the damage that being over weight did to my body - I cringe and cry. I'm working on it but so not there yet.

tito's w/water and a splash of cranberry - lots of lime. Glass of sauvginon blanc or a good malbec. It's very rare that I drink so I don't worry too much - but I do stay away from super sugary cocktails (yes, I know cranberry has sugar in it)
