I am going to continue with my exercising, walking, trampoline and gym work puts. I do notice my clothes better. So I will give it more time and also start weighing my food. Thanks

Cmnva, sorry for the late reply. My daily calories is 1200 sltbought I am usually under., I weight 186, I am 5' 7" or 8"... i am not sure what the issue is. The only thing I can think of is menopause has me stagnate. I am walking and exercising daily.

Not sure why I am not losing any weight been doing this for almost a month and not a dam pound shed.....smh. doing everything I am supposed to however the weight will not leave. Not even a half of a pound.
