Hello MFP family, is anyone going through menopause and trying to lose weight? I seem to be at a stand still with this weight loss stuff. I workout, do challenges, walk twice a week, jog a little, do kettleball, weights etc..... always nothing. I am logging my good and drinking plenty of water. HELP PLEASE LADIES!!!!!
