  • Hi, I started at 245lbs and now 212lbs, tracking works! I Have tried exercise alone and could not loose. I'm a truck driver and it very hard to make time to exercise but try to get 30min a day. But the biggest change it tracking foods and realized how bad I did eat. Now thing are getting better.
  • I do this because I love driving, not for money. I'm out for 3 to 4 month at time. I live out of a ice box having trouble with finding right food to carry on truck.
  • There is no tech thread at bottom of page. What i'm i missing.
