Hi everyone!
I would like to find someone who can help me reach my fitness goals! I am currently 285lbs and I need a change. I have a very busy day to day like that in general is flexible but I need help fetting my work outs in. Mornings are best.... but late nights and early morning are my life.... so although I rise early.... I am not generally motivated to go work out cause im tired BUT this is the best time for me to do it! So I need someone that will help me get intot he groove of things! Please help!! Birmingham area!

Feel free to add me I'm 275 and 1 week into trying to change my bad habits. I'm in Gloucester, at the moment I'm just trying to walk as much a possible, I love to swim in the process of trying to find a pool with a reasonable monthly fee to get in the pool a few times a week0

Hi, I started at 245lbs and now 212lbs, tracking works! I Have tried exercise alone and could not loose. I'm a truck driver and it very hard to make time to exercise but try to get 30min a day. But the biggest change it tracking foods and realized how bad I did eat. Now thing are getting better.0
