  • If you are diabetic then you need to cut out all dairy and try balancing blood sugar levels with chromium piccolinate and vanadyl sulfate. Also research camels milk to take in place of insulin
  • All functional high endurance training for me. Honestly i cant workout alone I need to be with people so i can push myself. The competitive nature of a group setting does it for me. I have to keep the momentum going as well...minimal rest amrap or circuit training.
