  • I know, seems odd that fruit is zero points. But, it's complex carbs . I've been using WW SP for one year. I eat LOTS of fruit. I have shed 65 pounds and reached goal 2 weeks ago. Fruit is free, eat as much as you like. SW: 233 CW: 166
