i am all for this. I have recently started lifting and enjoy it soooh much. I would like to share my experiences about lifting and be shared yours also. Oh yes, my job is to sit for all day long. I also eat crap almost the entire day which is negating all my hard work, yes, I am trying to do something about it.

Follow Reddit's bodyweight recommended routine. It is a progressive bodyweight program and it will help you work your way up to better performance.
