I don't think I've ever had a see-through pair at all, but my favourite brands you can get at TJ Maxx and Marshall's and whatnot - Balance Collection (which I think is a Marika offshoot) and 90 Degrees by Reflex, of which I have about 8 pairs.

I did P90 way back in the day. It got very samey, two variations of the same two workouts for months.

Depending on how much you are walking you might be more than sedentary, but then you can also separately log your other workouts so you'll gain the extra cals from those.

I made a really inauthentic chicken tikka masala in my pressure cooker. Someone on my Facebook posted that they were making it and I had all the ingredients and went for it. Super good!

Can be hard on the joints if you don't have the right surface.

I'm not really into the "grow your booty" or olympic style lifting, I just do goblet squats with a free weight, and right now am doing sets with 20, 25 and 30. My knees are already angry from a few years of skating, and my right hip too, I don't need to aggravate anything.

The line on my weight loss graph was like silly string. Stick with it, overall it comes down if you keep doing the right thing. Everybody's body seems to have a pattern for losing that isn't just a straight angled line. Mine goes same same up a bit down a bit :smile:

It was always a photo caught me by surprise. My confidence has always been quite high, I used to joke that I had body promorphia in that I could always thought I looked better than I actually did.

I ended up taking my jitters to the gym and did a cardio variety hour, but here’s an under 300 cal dinner anyway. Cup of Amy’s soup and a toastie with a bit of chicken and mustard.

Leg day here too. Just doing a general circuit of 7 or so moves, squats, walking lunges, kickbacks, press and a few others. I'll also do 20 minutes of core and a bit of cardio.

I really enjoy drinking, one of my favourite ways to unwind is a beer and playstation. However I hate to go hungry to fit alcohol calories in, and the cals are hard to come by. I also sleep worse, stay up later to finish the bourbon I am drinking or whatever, and don't wake up feeling as ready to go even if I wasn't buzzed…

Squats and lunges of all kinds. Regular and sumo squats, weighted and otherwise, static lunges, bulgarian split squat, walking lunges, side lunges, reverse glute lunges, box steps and jumps, squats with bands, frog jumps, squat jumps. Also calorie deficit to decrease fat and expose those gainz.
