I will definitely add you. I had been religious about mfp and lost 90 lbs over 15 months then took 3 months off (basically the holidays) and gained 20 lbs. back. I'm back on it now. Anyone can add me too!!

I feel like that's all I've done since Thanksgiving is break. It's not true, but that's how it feels. I haven't gained, but haven't really lost either. Thanks. I guess I need to give myself a break and buckle down a bit more.

Eat nutrient rich foods rather than empty calories (not sure if you are doing this, but this is a suggestion). Also, research essential oils. Grapefruit, lemon, and peppermint oils are all beneficial.
