  • Nature Valley protein bars are great when I’m on night shifts at 2am with a coffee. Keeps me good till breakfast at 9am!

  • Fudge and marshmallow Wonka bars! I used to get one from the shop on the way to work every morning. Think it was around 1996/97.

  • Sorry just looked at my food diary, 125mls of no added sugar concentrated juice is 2 calories and 0.2 of carbs which is sugar. So thats pretty good for a day's worth of lovely tasting juice!

  • Sweets, chocolate, crisps, cakes, fizzy drinks are the main things I've cut. I could just gorge on those kinds of things all day long. Even after nearly two weeks i feel less bloated and my cravings are not as bad as expected. I'm just trying to up my protien and make sure i don't eat low fat anything as its normally…

  • I lost 5lbs in one day due to food poisoning in February and it was awful. I'd see a doctor if I was you because you obviously can't keep much down. It will take a good week before you feel like you can eat or even think about exercising so don't worry about it just get well. :)
