A lot of the initial loss can be water loss if you changed your eating habits or macros, for instance if you're eating less carbs. Plans are great. They are not chiseled in stone. Remember to adjust them if you need to! Don't give up just because you missed your goals for a day or three. My current plan - log in daily, track what I eat, and post my weight daily to stay accountable to myself.

I'm tracking most days now, but I'm casual about it as long as I'm still losing my expected amount of weight. I don't do cheat days at all. I DO eat whatever I want in moderation. If I want pizza or doritos or whatever, I eat them. If I put myself in the mindset of depriving myself and then "cheating" I could easily eat…

So very true. I can log 95% of what I eat all week just using my recent foods list. Don't forget you can build and edit recipes or meals for things you tend to cook often. I set the entire recipe as 1 serving and log 0.2 servings or whatever that I tend to eat since I live alone.
