@mlhopp93 when my daughter started Keto around New Year’s, she calculated her previous daily carb intake at about 350 NET grams! Yikes! You can do this- we’re here to help. (I finally got rid of all of the bread in the freezer on garbage day after being Keto for 10 months.)

@tiabirdie56 When our older daughter called to wish us happy anniversary she asked what it feels like. I said some days it feels like 148 years and some days it feels like it just happened. Congrats on 38. It seems strange, doesn’t it?

I don't know why, but I am starving! I had a good breakfast and a good salad for lunch, but I'm still hungry. I am drinking water and tea to try not to eat. I ate half a Krispy Kreme doughnut and some French fries leftover from a happy meal. I took a long walk this morning, and I plan to go to the community center later and walk on the treadmill since it's raining here in Hopewell. Fight on soldiers; don't give up the journey!!!!

I'm thinking the 1/2 donut and FF are giving you cravings. My cravings are off the chart if I eat processed foods, sweets, or fast food. Here's what works for me; 1 serving of each:

Lean protein (chicken, pork, beef, plain greek yogurt, plain cottage cheese, etc...) and a healthy fat (olive or coconut oil, avocado, raw nuts, nut butter, butter) with every meal Keeps the carvings under control and I feel full longer
Breakfast - starchy carb (sweet potato, brown rice, oats, quinoa, etc...) + simple carb (fruit)
Lunch - starchy carb or simple carb + complex carb (vegetable)
    Dinner - complex carb
    Snacks - complex carb

It's a bit labor intensive, but we're worth it. :)
When I fall off plan I pack on extra pounds which is exactly why I'm back in fat loss mode. (Note to self, follow my own advice.)
