5/18 143.2 - maddeningly went up half a pound between signing up for this and weighing myself onthe first morning. However it was motivating as I'd already decided to have a "fasting day" (ie under 400 cals) to kickstart this, and as I was taking things in and out of storage spent most of the day on my feet so it was relatively easy not to eat. Ate some celery, 12 almonds and two chicken thighs without skin - minimal but ok for a day to get used to eating less.
5/19 141 - loss of 2.2 from previous day, but largely water no doubt. Scales say my body fat has dropped .5% but doubtful how accurate they are. Hungry but motivated...

5/19 202.1 I love graphing my weight loss. I don’t plot my trend line for weight loss. I just plot my actual weight for each morning. I’ve had 10 days of weight loss in a row on my scale. Based on the past several weeks of my graph, I’m expecting a few days of my weight leveling off before it begins that downward slope again. Guess I’ll see if that happens this time. Woke up to another rainy day here in NJ. Walking in my yard is like walking on a wet sponge. All you do is squish.

5/18 - 161.6 - Over my steps goal, over my water goal but then ate perogies for a late dinner. Cooked them different so not covered in butter and was still within calories so I hope to not see an increase the next couple days. A good start to this round and hoping to finally see the 150s.
5/19 - 161.2 - Moving in the right direction. Busy evening yesterday mulching but finally that was the last that needed done. Had a very late dinner of a delicious burger and had a couple mixed drinks so I won't be surprised to see an increase in the next couple days. Also I wrote up my post yesterday but never actually posted it but I'm definitely in for this round.

5/18--218.4 Back to my lowest weight so far this year. Kettlebell tonight.
5/19--218.0 Got home after kettlebell and realized I had walked less than 5k steps. So after I ate I took the dog out and got in the rest of my steps in. Really have to work to get my water in on the weekends. Going car shopping today!

5/18: 170.2; Went over my calorie goal with high carb foods but did try to make smart choices throughout the day and drank lots of water. Glad I didn’t gain.
5/19 169.4; drank lots of water yesterday but went over my calories with high carb food and beer (yay Friday) I had a little more self control than last weekend though!

5/18 – 157.4 I like this drop from the end of Round 40! Here’s hoping I can maintain it or decrease it over the remainder of this round.
5/19 – 157.8 Carb heavy day yesterday and for the next couple of days so I won’t be too worried about the scales for a bit. I’ll just make sure I stay within my calorie range for those days and drink lots of water.

5/18 - 228.0 - Here we go... My numbers have been slowly but steadily going down but I'm hoping a daily accountability challenge will help too! It's just ten days right... I can FOCUS for 10 days!
5/19 - 227.4 - Yesterday was a great "on track" day... Even with multiple distractions and temptations!

5/18: 135.6, enjoyed a nice date with wine tasting and 1/2 of a thin crust pizza. Well worth the salt blowup.
5/19: 134.8, a little under my daily minimum calories and macros too fat heavy. Very busy at work yesterday and a sick dog all last night. I'm curious to see how my energy level will affect my appetite and cravings today.5 -
@mlhopp93 when my daughter started Keto around New Year’s, she calculated her previous daily carb intake at about 350 NET grams! Yikes! You can do this- we’re here to help. (I finally got rid of all of the bread in the freezer on garbage day after being Keto for 10 months.)
@tiabirdie56 When our older daughter called to wish us happy anniversary she asked what it feels like. I said some days it feels like 148 years and some days it feels like it just happened. Congrats on 38. It seems strange, doesn’t it?3 -

5/18 145 ate under calories but had sweets and carbs! Walked 45 min...I get about 15,000 steps a day, eat under calories but my weight stays the same... People here talk about Keto maybe I should look into that!
