  • I thought I had to lift weights, i did the P90X videos and yoga videos and kept up...what I find works for me right now is cardio and a simple 30 day HIIT challenge. I've lost 10lbs as of today, and I'm liking it. It may not be for you, so do various things until you find something you like to do :)

  • I used MFP before and ate back calories I got according to my polar...and did not lose weight. I now do not log in any exercise at all and eat my recommended amount and I lose about 2lbs a week. That's just my experience.

  • I can't weigh daily, I am wayyyyyy too obsessed with the numbers. I get fristrated with weight gain and tend to sabotage everything by seeing a pound up. Its crazy, I know, but it's how my brain works. I weigh in once a week to keep track.
