I would have helped if I lived in TX. I’m a gym rat but only 5 days per week. The other two for stretch/yoga or full rest. Sadly I live in MA.

Weird! This seems a little sexist but that’s your choice. I hope you don’t take this the wrong way. Good luck with your journey.

Great transformation in my opinion. Just be very cautious with keto dieting. It’s not as great as people claim. It has potential lifelong risks because of the drastic low carbs. Try to shoot for at least 30% carb. But in all honesty, just cutting back on calories like 1200-1800 daily can result in a healthier weight loss…

The previous writer is right, 1200 is not sustainable. 1800 is more reasonable and doable. 300-400 for breakfast, 500-600 for lunch, 700-800 for dinner, and leave 200 for healthy snacking. Let me know if you need more info. GL

Powerlifting!!! It might be intimidating from the beginning, but I can assure you that you would love it, with dedication and sound mind. PS: I’m a powerlifter as a second passion and potentially a career.

Yes kimny72 is right on point.

...and by the way, I actually just glanced at your profile photo and realized you aren’t too overweight as you think. You can easily shred those few pounds, especially since it’s mainly at abdominal section. Easily within a month or two.

Try drinking 1-2 cups of water right after getting up from bed (after your morning rituals ha), and make it a habit before every meal as well. Drink 2 cups before your heavy meal of the day. And yes! don’t forget about doing some form of exercise, mainly resistance training like weightlifting (it doesn’t have to be…
