Try adding say 1/3 of your workout cals and see what happens. You shouldn’t always be fatigued, try making a good homemade protein shake after workout to kick start your day?…

  • Very grateful for this challenge. I spent most of December getting back into regular exercise but most importantly tracking and realizing how many calories I was over. So hopefully January will see me more mindful as to what I eat and keeping a much closer eye than I have been in probably 18 months.
