Yep up until the time change I was walking with my boys in the evening, carrying my 13 month old and pushing my 2 year old in the stroller...burned some great calories.

My NSV is I actually have ankles and a defined leg even though it's only been 3 weeks, I think I was holding water in my legs...my ankles were always swollen. My circulation has been better too!

This is all good to know. Thanks for the info and advice. I deal with constipation when not on a low carb diet and was afraid this would exacerbate the problem. Right now I'm at between 50-70 net carbs and want to venture into lower carb territory. I do love my veggies though. It will be hard!
