Be nice to yourself. If you've fallen off the wagon, get back on slowly. There's no rush. People who rush have a higher probability of failure. just make sure every day you take a step in the right direction and don't be too hard on yourself.

It's all trial and error :)

What exercises do you do at the gym? Do you use machines? I have a home gym without weights atm and wondering if I should buy the weights and how much weights I should buy... Do you have any idea?

I'm so happy for you! Esp after hearing all the possible complications mentioned in this group, I'm really glad you're not going through with it. OMAD is a much better way to lose weight: healthier, no risk of complications, a way of life so you'll be able to keep at your lower weight when you manage to lose weight, less…

You can change your eating pattern, or say something like that you're getting routine blood tests and can't take anything hours before ? When my friend did low carb she would take some food with her and then discard it. it's a waste of food, sure but it does keep them from asking questions
-
I know its not your exact goal but you were pretty close! So happy for you! it did not take you long to lose 4.6 pounds!! That's amazing especially since you don't have a lot to lose! You're almost in your 60s now :) I wasn't brave enough to weigh myself today. I'll try to find the courage tomorrow.

That's pretty awesome!

Thanks for the links!
