I haven't heard a single good thing about them. I can't remember where I read the reviews, but they were not good!

Yes it's possible! I was 166 lbs. when I started my weight loss journey in 2014 at the age of 55 after leading a very sedentary lifestyle for over 30 years. My body fat was estimated to be well over 35%. The lowest weight I got down to was 113.2 lbs. and my body fat was approximately 17%. It took me 2 years, but I lost it…

I'm 58 and didn't start my weight loss journey until I was 55. I led a very sedentary lifestyle for 30 years. Never in a million years did I think I would be able to lose over 50 lbs. and became a competitive powerlifter! In March I competed in my 5th meet and hold several records. I also used to hate sports, both as a…

Congrats! Double over hand @220 is great! I've never tried that before.

My baby Onyx. We just adopted him last month. He's gorgeous, has the most beautiful eyes and he's such a good cat.

I ditched the gloves when I started prep work for my first powerlifting meet and haven't gone back to them since. It's much easier to lift with no gloves

Got a 115lb. bench press PR today. Also did a wide grip bench press for the first time today. Worked up to 100x3. Here is my bench PR https://youtu.be/vo_SwNvpn_E

The only time I eat oatmeal is when they are in cookies or my homemade granola bars lol

I noticed whenever I ate them my weight started to go up so I had to stop eating them

Avocados ... YUCK! I can't stand the texture and it's just bland to me. Cauliflower is just nasty lol.

Thank you!

I'm a powerlifter and I lift 5-6 days/week. Feel free to add me! I'm possibly 5 weeks out from my 6th meet and 4 months out from Women's Worlds

I always bring my own water and do indulge in popcorn, but plan my macros around it. I do the same whenever I'm eating out. Sometimes I will bring in a few pieces of hard candy too.

Never waste your money on products claiming they will "help" you lose weight. Diet and exercise is the only way you will lose weight.

I was pretty much on a 1200 calorie diet from when I started my weight loss journey in 2014 until October 2016. I increased my calories to 1800 in January and then to 2000 until last month when I started doing a mini cut to get into the 132 lb. weight class for a powerlifting meet.

Drinking a gallon of water and reducing some of my sodium intake got rid of most of the bloating for me.

Make sure you are eating enough! I was cutting off and on for 18 months and it really made my lifts suffer. It wasn't until I started bulking that my numbers really increased. I increased my lifts in 5 meets from 500 lbs. to 600 lbs. in 9 months.

Do you pull sumo or conventional? Sumo is less stressful for your back than conventional.

I'm 58, started powerlifting in October 2015. My current 1RM for squats is 210 lbs. and DL is 285 lbs. I'm 5' and weigh 138 lbs. I haven't tested my 1RM since my meet the end of March so I'm sure it's higher than those numbers

None of those machines are accurate. The problem with machines is they don't take into consideration novices vs. athletes.

It's so inconvenient that I had to create a Youtube account just so I can post my videos on here

I used it when I first started deadlifting. Then went back to it for a couple of weeks a couple of years ago when I needed to correct my form

I went from loose fitting tees and leggings to fitted tees and shorts lol. Sadly I have more gym clothing than regular clothing
