I started my weight loss at the age of 55. I've had 5 children (including 1 set of twins). The only excess skin I have is on my abs and it's a lot to the point it looks gross. I don't ever plan on wearing a bikini so I don't let it bother me any more.

Don't waste your money on it. I thought there was a lawsuit against them?

I only eat boneless chicken breasts and always weigh them AFTER cooking. My original diet was set up that way

Be careful with the macros here with Halo. I've found a few of them to show lower carbs than they actually are. One had 48g carbs when it was actually 60g for a pint

My weight loss journey started in 2014 at the age of 55. I went from obese to "shredded" and it took me 2 years to lose over 50 lbs. When I weighed 113 lbs. my body fat was about 17% and this is when I started powerlifting. At this point I started to lose a lot of strength so I started working with a diet coach, who is…

I love Fage. I add frozen blueberries or fresh strawberries. It's probably healthier than Halo.

lol oh boy I'm in huge trouble if I had to follow that rule. I've eaten as late as midnight and still lost weight.

I personally prefer free weights. I only use some of the machines on my "accessory" day which is back/shoulders once/week.

Looks good, just make sure you allow at least 48 hours before you do your back workout again

I eat 2 whole eggs daily. Egg whites do not have much nutritional value.

I did a water cut and was drinking up to 1.5 gallons of water the week leading up to a powerlifting meet. This was the first time I had tried this so we weren't sure how my body would respond. I was 135.8 lbs. the Monday when I started. By Friday morning I was 132.25 and just made the weight class. I did some deloading on…

No lifting videos today, but I got bench volume PR's today: 105x2x10 and 85x13 AMRAP. Bench is my weakest lift. Just a few months ago, I could barely bench 85 lbsx1 lol

I started my weight loss journey in June 2014 at the age of 55. I didn't notice any progress until I started taking pics 3 months later. My weight went from 166 lbs. to 113 in about 2 years. I became a powerlifter and started bulking in November. I was on a 1200 calorie diet for 18 months (would never recommend it now) and…

Thank you. I thought those hydrostatic tests were accurate as well.

Thank you. I have 1 day a week I do high volume of deadlifts and heavy squats, then another day I do heavy deadlifts and high volume squats. I also do lots of rack pulls and leg presses. I used to do hip thrusts with a barbell up to 275 lbs. but I haven't done those in a while. My legs have always been pretty muscular,…

I personally only do 200 cal deficits. Whatever you decide DO NOT go on a deficit for longer than 3-4 months at a time max, otherwise, your metabolism will be messed up. Unfortunately for me I didn't realize this when I was working with a diet coach for 18 months ugh! Go on a deficit, then do a maintenance diet for a…
