Thanks. I've logged this same type of eating many times before and I eat about 1500-1700 cals a day....Dec, Jan and Feb have had many over days and I don't think Ive gained any weight so im pretty much sitting at par.

I have work parties (2), Christmas then New Years then son's bday party week after.....

I am going to eat Christmas treats but im mentally preparing now not to go over board or set off any sort of weekly binge or something!

I beleive TDEE is only 1800 for me. Im an office worker. So def is 400cals

I only have 10lbs to lose. Strictly fat though! I am 5'9" and eating 1400cals most days. Some days (like twice a week - I will eat up to 2000cals) Lifting twice a week and walking most days for 30min and some sledding and skating once a week or so.

No idea what you call my shape. My measurements are 36-29-42 (bust, waist, hips) Im guess on the hips though...I will measure later

For all of you asking how I know my BMI - I am 5'9" tall and I used 155lbs to get a BMI of 23. I could actually be 150 or 160lbs though..shouldn't make much diff in the bmi i result right?

I always worry that its just not possible for me to lose belly fat.....i hope its not true though cuz i really want to lose it and i still keep trying

So deficit, some cardio and weights won't cut it for body comp??? What else is there to do?

Cool, I think Im on the right track. It should even out due to me not being able to exercise consistently each week and some days on top of the 1200 cals I will have to eat more to treat low blood sugars.... Iv'e only been logging for a week so far.

I do nothing about exercise calories. Im eating 1200 cals a day no matter what. I want to work my way to eating more later,,,,slowly add up but NEVER gain weight in my life again.

I put that I wanted to lose 2 lbs a week and that I exercise 30min 4 days a week. It set me at 1200 cals a day to lose 1.4lbs a week....

Well I want to make sure I lose because sometimes I don't exercise because I am too sore or diabetes or something is screwing me up.... (Diabetes is Type 1 and controlled by the way.)

Right but you are lifting weights 4 days a week plus you are very muscular - you need the food to feed your muscle, right?
