Are all office workers sedentary?
Are you sedentary if you work in an office 5 days a week? Walk during all lunch breaks. Lift weights 2 to 3 times a week. Do cardio sessions 1 to 2 times a week. (Skiing, skating, elipitical) for 30min sessions. Does that mean I'm lightly active?

Wth is up with MFP app?
I can't even see how many carbs I ate totalled per meal? I've added Activia yogurt 5 times and nothing showed up on dairy. I don't see where I can review my weekly and monthly report???? Someone said I could get weekly averages of calories on the app....don't see it??? Help please

Is there a way to get your average calorie intake on MFP
Hi, MFP is set to 1300 cals for me. I am using the TDEE method. As my calories per day fluctuate, is there a way for me to see my average weekly and monthly calories? Will MFP calculate that for me somewhere? If not, how do I figure it out? (add up all days of calories for 7 days and then divide by 7? - does that work?)

I don't feel right eating exercise calories....
I don't feel right eating exercise calories. Makes me feel like a failure and that I'm wasting all of my time logging and eating a certain amount and that I won't lose any weight. Anybody feel this way? I'm I way wrong? What can I do?
