I'm using a Pogo 32oz Water Bottle. I picked it up at target when it was on sale. It doesn't keep the water super cold, but I'm not super particular on that. I have 2 kids at home, so I totally get the juice thing! Hawaiian Punch is always a delicious treat for me.

I made a deal with myself that I need to drink a full bottle of water between other (less healthy) drinks. Coffee in the morning? Fine, but you have to drink at least 32oz of water before you get to have anything else.

@Vicky3725 I have found that adding a packet of hot chocolate (I use dark chocolate swiss miss) to my coffee in the morning has been curing my sweet tooth for the day! I have chocolate at my desk, but haven't touched it since I started doing this!

Good but busy weekend! Succeeded in getting my husband to help me meal plan out for two weeks and got the oldest to agree to a meal she's never tried before (it's a freaking miracle there). Slacked on super bowl Sunday but made up for it with a second workout today. Happy Monday!

Anyone else having problems with MFP double counting calorie burns if you track a walk through the workout app? I'm getting credit for the steps, plus the workout... :-1: Anyone know how to fix it? Plus my status says I burned twice as many calories and twice as much time in MFP.

I got the scale! I'm in the first week now and it seems pretty cool. There's a lot of interaction with my group so far and I find that really cool! A few of us have even friended each other on here.
