I have POTS and do yoga and some strengthening exercises, no cardio. Lunges, squats, some weights.

I was diagnosed with POTS last year. Other than making sure I drink plenty of water and keep my sodium at about 4000mg/day, I find that even simple exercises like lunges and squats help so much. Building up your lower extremities to keep blood flowing better.
