Challenge Goal met! Now time to keep pushing. When I joined this challenge (I believe the end of January or early February), I was 231 lbs . I am now 198.8 with a challenge loss of 32.2 lbs . I couldn't be happier!

Personally I log intentional exercise only. And I try not to eat back and of my workout calories unless I really am super hungry.
