  • Maybe I'm lucky in that I haven't run across that many CICO deniers. That said, I do think most people bring other health goals into their dietary system in addition to CICO (lower cholesterol, more fiber or nutrients, etc) and sometimes mention of those aspects can come across or be misconstrued as a denial of CICO.
  • As others have said, just stay within your calories and you'll be fine. That said, those fries don't look particularly tasty or well cooked, so you could probably leave those off and not miss out of anything.
  • Open up your app and show your physician your diary. Show him you are putting in the effort and logging your food - that might give him pause to criticize your eating habits (or he'll find something to harp on like your sodium intake).   • Tracking — but not beating myself up over accuracy while I'm a holiday parties or family get-togethers.
