I wasn't heavy my whole life, actually quite the opposite. I was playing soccer in Sweden by the time I was 17 and went on to play 2 years in college. After 4 knee surgeries (blew out my ACL, MCL and Meniscus) and a 7 year marriage ending in divorce I was 27 and depressed and didn't know how to be healthy if I wasn't…
