Yeahy!!! I do pole :) I don't add exercises in MFP (my watch does it automatically so if i can't wear my watch i don't add it myself). I also don't like eating back my exercise calories as my daily allowance includes these.

Feel free to add me too :) I've been logging for a number of years but struggle so hard to actually stay within my calories. Just done a weigh in and I'm the heaviest I've weighed in two years and I'm needing to get back on it.
