  • I have the golds gym xrs 20 that includes the squat rack. I then bought the 300 lbs olympic weight set from dicks sporting goods. I use it 4 days a week,two months in everything is solid so far.
  • I do it all time, Yesterday i had to 2 egg cheese sandwiches for dinner. A couple days ago i ate 1 cup of oatmeal mixed with greek yogurt.
  • Thank you, Finally realizing it's a marathon not a sprint. Will cut to 500 calorie deficit so i can keep my strength and sanity, being an auto mechanic is enough stress for me. Will eat 2200 calories and report back in a month.
  • I just started today 2000 calories but going to bump it to 2200 calories. I'd rather lose it slowly 1 pound a week while weightlifting. If i can eat more and still lose that's a win win for me. Thank you for taking time to answer my question.
