Ohh, I have only just started so I couldn't tell you really but you might want to research Shirataki. There noodles which are just pure fiber, so you can get you 30-38g daily — Please research though as I am not 100% sure. – Anton

Hi, I'm just starting out the Ketogenic diet as of yesterday. I'm less social than most but would appreciate some back a forth sharing of information to learn the best ways to stay in control on this diet. – Anton

They should incorporate this as an option. Fats are are already set to 0 which is essentially an option. Poly and monounsaturated fats for example.
