  • I've done fasting & I certainly loss weight fairly quickly! Only problem was losing weight too fast results in saggy skin... Better to do it the slow healthy way. Cardio & strength training keeps the skin tight:))

  • I can relate @NikoBushido18! Nothing beats a home cooked family holiday meal to bring out the health grinch:) Good thing thou is you can gets lots of exercise after dinner for Christmas shopping! Long lines, heavy lifting, running for the sales, pushy people. You can burn 250 calories easy;)

  • I'm using ground flaxseed & probiotic with vitamin D. It's helping energy wise but it's not a gut cleanser. I think exercise & lots of water cleans the gut the best.
