Hi mate same here. 38" waist, 40" chest and 40.5" around navel. Rest of me not to bad but would like chest to stick out further than stomach. so in the same boat in a way. Not really wanting to go on a diet so exercise am hoping will sort it out.

I rest at weekends. Strictly a Mon-Fri person. If i get the time on a weekend i may throw in a bike ride or a run but avoid the gym as too busy then.

I lost motivation when i came out of the forces in 1995. I got it back 3 weeks ago..lol..i tried in the years since '95 abd dabbled with fitness every now and then but i found oyu need to want to do it within yourself. That time has come for me now and determined to get on track to fitter healthier me.

UK or other Armed Forces as they all do different types of fitness and also dependant on what unit you want to join. I spent 12 years as a Combat Medic in Britiah Armed Forces and both my son in laws are in the Royal Artillery so i may have an idea of what you need to do.
