I confess that I am using this app/site not to get healthy but because I want to be hot enough to find myself attractive. When I look in the mirror I think I am beautiful and I love my body but I don't feel attracted to myself as much anymore. I tell myself that is a good reason because at least I am doing it for myself. :/

It is true that apps have more options and are more practical, but no app is worth spending money to buy a new phone. I suppose the best option is to have a tab open in the phone browser.

Indoor bike definitely, mostly because it is very much fun, it's great cardio and I have one at home so I can watch movies or tv series while I ride and that makes time pass faster :)
