all pro beginner, simple, dont need an app. there is a spreadsheet available to see your lifts over the long term. i like that i can do the program without wasting time, or needing about how much, how Many reps, etc. reps and lifts are same all week. what changes is heavy, med, or light day.

all pro beginner program. very simple to follow and 3 days/week. use your4th day for cardo. tons of success stories from Men and women. i love this program, bc its simple to follow. i can focus on learning the lifts and imagining myself reaching my goals.
