Argh! I've been looking for this thread and couldn't find it until now. Here's what I've done so far, this month:
Pilates: 1 hour, 2 minutes.
Hooping: 2 hours, 54 minutes.
Step aerobics: 2 hours, 46 minutes.
Yoga: 1 hour, 33 minutes.
Walk: 40 minutes.
Basic stretching: 5 minutes (bedrest day).
Total for the month, so far: 9 hours.0 -
13 hrs +45 mins chores Monday + 45 mins Tabata (HITT) this am.

My goal is at least an hour of exercise a day. Doctor’s orders! In May, I completed 35 hours.
I think I’ll shoot for that again!
Week 1: 600 minutes = 10 hours 85 mins/day!!
10,633 avg steps per day in June- Astounding for me. March, Apr, and May was 7.8 to 8.6K
Wow! this challenge & my Apple Watch are really increasing my exercise to beyond what I thought I could do!
June 8: 82 mins (8 cardio, 21 fat burning) Pilates & walking/stairs
June 9: 102 mins (65 Min hike: 2 peak, 5 cardio, 52 fat burning)
June 10: 113 mins (77 Min hike: 1 peak, 14 cardio, 60 fat burning) + plus 36 mins walking/running up stairs)
June 11. 84 mins (46 Pilates, 38 walk/stairs) 2 cardio, 39 fat-burning)
June 12. Told not to exercise today by dr after test. Results were great. So, I’m going to do as they said (hard as it is) & pretend June has 29 days.

Not doing bad with getting my exercise in but food has been a struggle this week. It's hard when I'm home all day to resist my cravings. I need to do more to keep myself busy during the day.

Update: did 55 minutes around the house, slowly, carrying things back to the room they belonged. Exercise is something I enjoy every day now!
