    Did my InBody scan at the gym today. Super depressing. I gained 1.8 pounds in the last 2 weeks. Only .3 of that was muscle. My BFP did drop a bit so I'm not sure if it was just a lot of extra water or if the little bit of muscle gained was able to offset any fat gain. I'm sure it's the fact that my nutrition has been horrible. So...back to boring food and planning my meals for the day instead of simply eating whatever whenever. On the upside my exercise is on track and I anticipate beating my goal for the month.

    My goal is at least an hour of exercise a day. Doctor’s orders! In May, I completed 35 hours.
    I think I’ll shoot for that again!

    Week 1: 600 minutes = 10 hours 85 mins/day!!
    10,633 avg steps per day in June- Astounding for me. March, Apr, and May was 7.8 to 8.6K

    1/2 month Update: 1203 minutes = 20hours or 80.2 minutes/day! 9,541 steps per day in June
    Will get this avg back up to >10K by end of June!!

    Wow! this challenge & my Apple Watch are really increasing my exercise to beyond what I thought I could do!

    June 15: 85 mins hiking!! 10,239 steps.

    Yesterday I did the first day of week 3 of my C25K app. Never thought I could run for 3 minutes straight and I did it twice! Today was my rest day for the C25K so I went for a walk this morning instead. Did strength training and the bike at the gym. When we got home my daughter asked to walk to the library. How could I say no? Then had to mow the lawn before it rains tonight. Almost to my June goal and it feels good!

    My goal is at least an hour of exercise a day. Doctor’s orders! In May, I completed 35 hours.
    I think I’ll shoot for that again!
