    02/06 25mins running + 84mins walking
    03/06 60mins walking
    04/06 28mins running + 41mins walking
    05/06 30+40mins walking

    Total walking: 281mins
    Total running: 53mins

    Not much today except 21 minutes on the elliptical. Total is up to 5 hours 43 minutes.

    6/1 : 144 min, walking, biking
    6/2 : 64 min, walking - this was my rest day
    6/3 : 122 min, walking, treadmill
    6/4 : 137 min, treadmill, yoga, elliptical
    6/5 : 131 min, walking, mow lawn
    Total : 598 min or 9.96 hours

    Getting back in the work/gym groove. Missing sunshine and gelato.

    Goal of 30 hours.

    June 1: 60 minutes BodyPump, 35 minutes elliptical
    June 2: 60 minutes BodyPump, 30 minutes walking
    June 3: rest
    June 4: 35 minutes elliptical, 45 minutes kickboxing
    June 5: 60 minutes BodyPump
    June 6: 55 minutes Pure Barre
    June 7
    WEEK 1: 380 minutes --- 6.3 hours

    TOTAL: 380 minutes --- 6.3 hours

    My goal is at least an hour of exercise a day. Doctor’s orders!
    In May, I completed 35 hours.
    I think I’ll shoot for that again!

    June 1: 174 minutes (121 - a challenging hike)
    Got in cardio and peak zones for most of it. I think I will look back and realize June 1st was a turning point for me.
    June 2: 89 minutes (79 - hike in hot sun. 10 running around with chores)
    Again in cardio
    June 3: 73 minutes (peak: 4 mins, cardio 28, fat burning: 36, the rest: warm up.)
    June 4: 55 minutes, 42 of them Pilates (30 fat burning)
    June 5: 68 minutes walking (23 cardio, 29 fat burning) hot weather seems to drive my heart rate up more into training zones!

    Hi all! I love the sound of this challenge! Starting a few days late, but I’ll just put in what I’ve done so far, then kick it up for the remainder of the month! 24 hours could be a lot for me..... if I can do it, this will be a major accomplishment!

    Goal - 24hrs (1440min)
    6/1 - NONE
    6/2 - 100: Walking, Walk/Run intervals
    6/3 - 65: Walk/Run intervals
    6/4 - 31: Cross training
    6/5 - 25: Walking

    1st - 4th: I was busy moving and settling in to my new house, so didn't have any time to work out. (Loads of activity, but I won't count it )
    5th: 80 min Walk
    6th: 33 min Weights, 20 min Rowing, 20 min Running, 25 min Elliptical, 60 min Walk.
