I'm shooting for 20 hours/1200 minutes.

My goal is at least an hour of exercise a day. Doctor’s orders!
In May, I completed 35 hours.
I think I’ll shoot for that again!
June 1: 174 minutes (121 - a challenging hike)
Got in cardio and peak zones for most of it. I think I will look back and realize June 1st was a turning point for me.
June 2: 89 minutes (79 - hike in hot sun. 10 running around with chores)
Again in cardio
June 3: 73 minutes (peak: 4 mins, cardio 28, fat burning: 36, the rest: warm up.)
June 4: 55 minutes, 42 of them Pilates (30 fat burning)3 -
6/2: 78 minutes bicycling
6/3: 77 minutes bicycling
6/4: 93 minutes walking4 -
