    My goal is at least an hour of exercise a day. Doctor’s orders!
    In May, I completed 35 hours.
    I think I’ll shoot for that again!

    June 1: 174 minutes (121 - a challenging hike)
    Got in cardio and peak zones for most of it. I think I will look back and realize June 1st was a turning point for me.
    June 2: 89 minutes (79 - hike in hot sun. 10 running around with chores)
    Again in cardio
    June 3: 73 minutes (peak: 4 mins, cardio 28, fat burning: 36, the rest: warm up.)
    June 4: 55 minutes, 42 of them Pilates (30 fat burning)

    6/1 : 144 min, walking, biking
    6/2 : 64 min, walking - this was my rest day
    6/3 : 122 min, walking, treadmill
    6/4 : 137 min, treadmill, yoga, elliptical

    Fantastic idea! I'm in. Let's see real quick where I'm at right this moment... 2 hours and 4 minutes after 4 days. Brewing on the weekend should count for something, but I'm not sure what, so I'll just leave it off :tongue:
