You're at a healthy weight is your goal to maintain your weight? Is 1200 your maintenance calories? I hope you're not trying to lose weight. And yes if you workout you may feel hungry which is why it's good to like eat back the calories burned, and make sure you're eating a good amount of proteins. I normally eat a protein…

You don't have much to lose I would set the loss rate to 0.5 pounds a week, and see the calories you receive from that number. Good luck!!
-
Honestly, good question!! Op you may be eating more than you think are you using a food scale?
-
It really depends when I was 140 pounds I used to wear a size 12 because I have bigger hips.
-
0.3 pounds overweight in the grand scheme of things is really nothing. Congrats on your weight loss, and you can still brag about your weight loss. Don't pressure yourself over the 0.3 pounds, and still celebrate your weight loss. It'll come off soon  with calorie counting, and tracking.

I have a lot of concerns for you I've outlined in bold. If you just had a baby, and if you're possibly breastfeeding you need to be eating more calories. Since you have a very active job please list that on MyFitnessPal change your self to highly active, and eat the calories suggested by myfiitnsspal. You're losing a lot…

I honestly don't know why anyone would want to be a part of a program where they could possibly lose hard earned money....

Please speak with a Heath professional about your binge disorder they'll be able to assist!! If you don't have a nutritionist getting one would be a good idea as well. Good luck!!

Oftentimes people binge because they have restricted eating that is causing them to feel hungry, and start to binge. Determine if maybe your weight loss goal could be reduce a bit like instead of losing 2 pounds a week you change it to 0.5 to 1 pound, so you can eat more calories. If you're not getting help from a medical…

I ended up drinking a ton of water as well at one point, and it was rather crazy! I would be running to the washroom at work, and waking up a lot during the night to use the wash room. I went to the doctor to double check if I personally had diabetes, and I was told no, so I was glad about that. My fix? I stopped drinking…

I used to have hair that would fall a lot, and my hair was also thin as well but I know if the body is lacking nutrients that could be a cause of that. Get your proteins in your food if you can, and also take a mutivitamin. I ended up taking a multivitamin, and eating more protein in my diet, and I took a tablet for hair…

I didn't know what the site was, but I did a quick search kinda reminds me of diet bet. I personally would never enroll in such a program, but to each their own.

What a great post thanks for sharing your story!!

You're a pound? :O also you shouldn't be eating less than 1,200 calories (minimum for ladies) but Weight loss isn't linear as first poster mentioned. Ensure you're tracking accurately, and using a food scale if you're not, and give it a few weeks. Good luck!!

I use an app called "Monitor My Weight" I didnt look at the bmi calculations, but I guess it has it, and it's kinda customizable. Might be a helpful app.
-
She's actually right! BMI doesn't take into consideration a few things. I have a friend who is. a nurse practitioner who mentioned waist circumference is a better measure which I agree with.
-
Oh gosh... I wouldn't recommend this for a plethora of reasons, and I don't think that insulin decreases because you're eating once a day.
-
Another vote to get a food scale.

Set yourself to lose 0.5 pounds a week on the goals section of MyFitnessPal and eat the calories suggested on mfp. Also eat back at least half of the calories burned from working out, and adjust as needed to 25% if you desire. I noticed Fitbit kinda overestimates my burn, so I don't eat all of my extra calories. Good luck!
-
I eat about 1700 calories a day.
-
Please speak with a healthcare provider about your weight loss concerns. If you're not incorporating strength training into your workout might be a good start. Good luck!

My favorite cardio is rather cheap love to take a walk outside, and also walking up and down the step.

I would reccomend eating at maintenance for a few weeks, and as others mentioned taking a break from trying to eat at a deficit. After let's say 3 weeks go back to setting your loss goal to a lesser amount if you still want to lose weight. What's your current height and weight? You may have been restricting yourself a lot…
-
Nope I've lost 31 pounds eating out almost every day, and indulging in sweets as well. All that is needed is eating at a caloric deficit.
-
Oh gosh... what made you decide to make this decision?

Good point water intoxication is actually a thing when someone drinks a ton of water they tend to reduce the sodium in ones body, so this extra sweating could be from the sodium just a thought? maybe. But yeah op stop drinking so much, and see a doctor if you want additional support on this topic.
-
Good luck!

The user above is correct.

Chocolate, peanut butter, ice cream, and avocado. I managed to gain weight unintentionally by eating a lot of those foods lol.

I'm not sure if you got the answers you were looking for, but I wanted to add I've noticed chess press workouts do wonders for me, and using Heavy weights I can feel it in my chest area. I've been informed by my doctor losing weight slowly will also help with the loose skin issues some have. Like one reason some people get…
