I would recommend not taking the medication. I know it's a super intense workout, so taking a break may be a good idea, and starting back up again. Good luck!!

If it's causing you pain please stop congrats on what you started. It may be good to take a break now, and focus on maybe walking more, and other forms of working out that doesn't cause you pain. Good luck!!

How are you tracking your food intake? Are you using a food scale? You're at a healthy weight, so your accuracy has to be spot on if you're trying to lose he last few pounds. Tighten up the logging if you're not already doing so.

I only weigh myself on Saturday, so it's okay if you want to do that as well. I've lost about 34 pounds so far. I don't feel anxious, and it was a day I choose because I'm in a challenge on MyFitnessPal.

Your kidney already does that!! The kidney filters toxins and wastes from from your blood, and maintains homeostasis. No water cleanse needed it may do more damage.

Op refuses to answer the question about if she's using a food scale or not to track her intake, so anything in the diary I'm taking with a grain of salt thus the reason she hasn't even lost 0.5 pounds even. I think my advice was pretty sound.

Change your goal on MyFitnessPal to lear at maintenance, and eat the calories MyFitnessPal suggests ensure you're using a food scale to get accurate measurements. Okay, so you've told us about those two slip ups that's fine. If you open your diary we can get a better idea of the reason you're not losing weight. Are you using a food scale to measure your intake? Measuring cups are better for liquids not solids. Let us know how you're tracking your intake as well.

I'm 5'3 and I've mostly been eating 1700 calories, and I've been losing. However, I'm not trying to lose 2 pounds a week because I don't have much to lose. I'm more into 0.5 to 1 pound instead.
