If MFP said 1290 calories, why would you eat 1600 calories?

Somehow a large black coffee at the Cheesecake Factory near me is 25 calories... how does that even happen??

I am, by no means an expert, but, looking at your diary, I think you may be logging incorrectly. For example, you used a generic banana entry at 105 calories, but how do you know it was actually 105 calories?. I did it and lost over 130 lbs. I found it easier than counting calories and didn't miss things like bread. Now that I am maintaining, I have worked carbs back into what I eat.

But what if keto makes it easier to achieve your goals?

Almost all of the Dunkin' locations near me closed this year. Within a couple months they were all gone. But, there are more Tim Hortons around than ever, so all is well. I can actually stand in the parking lot of one Tim Hortons near my house and see another one that's down the road lol. And to answer the actual question,…

I can run on a treadmill for an hour and get a great workout, but, if I go outside, I end up walking and being bored. I also watch TV or movies on the treadmill, so that may be why I like it better lol.

Whats In-N-Out Burger??? We don't have that here in the Northeastern part of the U.S. where I live, but, we do have "Double Double" coffee at Tim Horton's.
