I was a personal trainer the entire time I was pregnant so I worked out with weights until three weeks before my delivery. I have not read the other replies but I have major back problems myself. When I'm in pain and on meds I don't do any exercise at all except walking. The best rehab exercise when you're off your meds in my opinion is swimming. I would avoid deadlifts and anything that's super strenuous on the spine.

I'm currently using the beach body 21 day fix program. I'm just coming off a serious back injury and I think it's a great way to start up with simple resistance training . Plus it's only $60.

I'm using beachbody's 21 day fix DVD's and having a great time with them. I think it's a smart way to start with light weight training. I'm coming back from a serious back injury so these workouts are great for now.

I've had a lot of success with creatine too. I like it best when it's combined with the glutamine product. I tend to build muscle very easily so I don't take it all the time.

I agree with ndj. You are prob overtraining if you're that wiped out. Try scaling back a bit and see how you feel. You can check your resting great rate in the morning to see how you're recovering.
