It's a little rough right now . I retired on April 3 and before the week was done I blew out my knee. In waiting on x-Ray results. I know getting some weight off would help. I would appreciate ant motivation and support. I thought about going back to Weight Watchers but now is not the time to take on extra expense

I'm going to sit in on a meeting , probably next Saturday before I rejoin. That is really all I miss about WW. I am one of growing number of WW members who is trying to eat clean. A lot of the non fat and low fat foods have too many fillers.

Thank you. It's inspiring. I'm retiring in about 9 to 10 weeks. There's lots to do but it's scary and I've been stress eating but today it stops. I've got my protein shake if I get jittery.

Maybe you need another new doc. My pulmonologist wants me to walk an hour a day. I also do light weights and u just got a bosu ball for balance. I aim for 10,000 steps a day . That seems to be threshold (t least for me ) for losing

Oh you know it I could paid for a cruise for all I spent. I learned a lot from WW like making sure you eat enough veggies but this is really good. I used it side by side with Weight watchers for a week before I cancelled and it was no contest.

You might be going too low. Work in protein and a small amount of healthy fat
