Hi guys, I finally had a good day of eating yesterday, AND went out walking within our apartment complex that has some extensive gardens, then twisted my ankle...not real bad....but gonna give it a rest for a few days, will just do free weights in the meantime...

Thanks for the bday wishes!!!! Today I am back on track....woke up, had my lemon water, veggie soup for lunch....feeling good......hoping to see the scale go down by next week.....good for you for not gaining...give it some time...the scale will dip...

My hubby loves to come home full of candy, chocolate, icecream.....cookies, cakes...you name it.....SOOOO hard to diet with all that stuff in the house....i have been begging him for 20 years to stop with that stuff.....but he just cannot do it...and he loves to buy it for our kids.....I try to assure him it is not good…

ok guys...I lost a few days, am only on day 6 and eating horribly... STILL...starting tomorrow gonna get focused with the diet because no amount of working out will offset all the food......this has been my problem. Anyway.....y'all are all doing a great job!

Great job...I put on movies while I exercise too......I did my shred today...admit I did not do it for the last two days....anyway..today was day 6 for me.....

Hello ....welcome! Great job so far....72 pounds is such an accomplishment.....We are pretty much trapped at home....so we don't have much of a choice but to workout from home....keep us posted on your progress....

Today was a real downer for me....919 new deaths in one day. Things are very quiet and easy in our family.....it is just me, hubby and two teenagers, and being at home has been ok. We are in the hardest hit region...so I know that just down the street in the hospitals, horrible things are going on. Feel so bad for those…

Yes! I am so curious to see the results too. Yesterday I FINALLY got on track with eating. It was the first night in 4.5 weeks I did not go to bed eating cookies. And I am not even that much of a cookie lover. My legs feel it too....LOVE that feeling!

We are on day 3-4-5....depending on start date. I started this thread, then started my workout the day after. It is cold and cloudy here too.....but I am actually happy about that. When it is beautiful, and I cannot get out...it is SUCH A downer!

Guys.....well...I did not do it yesterday, so today I did it twice to make up for the lost day. So I have completed 4. I had the nerve to get on the scale and gained 2 pounds, cannot believe it was not more....but still disappointed. ANYWAY...have been eating great today and feel motivated to keep it that way so I can lose…

I need to add more exercise, but happy at the idea of completing this program. Starting today, I will add something else apart from my walks. I am not gonna look at the scale for a while because I have been eating WAY too much. Where are you located? And great job with the pound loss!

Great job.....I need to add in other exercise and cut out all the eating....no amount of exercise can offset the eating I am doing. Going to the grocery store today. where are you living?

Hey there! Never too late, I am guessing we are going to go past the actual 30 days by maybe a few days, even a week because some are starting later and some of us might miss a day or two. I need to add some other exercises to my workout too.....hang in there with lockdown...
