Belly fat is always the last to go! You may need to do more specific core work to tighten your abs to get that flat look as well. I'm not sure spin is targeted enough.

I think this is so normal. I often get bad sweet cravings directly after a meal. Sometimes I can get rid of them chewing really minty gum. I agree this is not IF. The glucose in your body only clears out about 12 hours after your last meal so you are only fasting AFTER that. I do 16:8, my eating window is between 1pm and 9pm.
