Shirataki Noodles are supposed to be very low in calories. They are sometimes marketed as 'zero calorie' or 'miracle' noodles. I haven't seen them at any of the grocery stores I go to, but I've heard mixed feelings about the taste and texture. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shirataki_noodles

If you are going to shops where people feel like it's appropriate to comment on your weight, I would find other places to shop. You can do it!

I've been going through shoes pretty fast since I've started walking, too. Recently, I've found some New Balance that I like on Amazon for $25-$35 per pair.

Anything that looks like a real discussion. I can't stand the 'person above you' garbage.

For me, yes. Definitely. I went from 220 to 160. I didn't feel like I really looked any different, but I started getting lots of attention.

A coworker at a previous job took me to a small sushi place in a strip mall for lunch one day. For desert, they had a big kettle of sweet red bean soup. It was fantastic.

Chose sedentary. You'll still get credit for the extra calories you burn when you exercise.

I get e-mail updates from a thread on the Fitbit forums every day with people offering to pay good money for a Fitbit app for the Apple Watch. The thread is 17 pages long and has been active since 2014. There are thousands of people asking Fitbit to take their money, but Fitbit just ignores it.

I saw the Charge HR and the Flex (? the one with just 4 dots for a display) on the clearance shelf at a Target store the other day. The Charge HRs were tagged at $40 and the Flexes were tagged at $30.

If you really like it, why avoid it? Every fast food place I go to posts detailed nutritional information on its web site, and the consistent, uniform nature of fast food means you don't have to deal with many variables. Look up the nutritional info, put together some meals that fit with your goals, and don't worry about…

I went through three Fitbit Charge HRs in a year. I got an Apple Watch a few months back. I love it.

I had to try it too.

It's in the crust. If you compare a rising crust to a thin crust pizza, the difference in calories is shocking. I like thin crust frozen pepperoni pizzas. They're usually around 1000 calories for the whole pizza, which is typically the calorie deficit I'm sitting at around dinner time.
